WEBAt the time I write this Greymmoor is the current Chapter. When Greymoor was released, you get Elseweyr, the previous chapter, as DLC with ESO Plus. Some stuff of the Chapter might not become DLC. For example, it's likely that the Necromancer class won't come for free with ESO Plus but the zone and quests will be when Greymoor is released.
What's the best Expansion and DLC according to you and why?

Then the got cheaper with each dlc. summerset for the story and the fact that it's content is still relevant to this day. the trial, dailies, psijic order, ingredients etc. Orsinium looks like it would be my favourite with the orc and dwemer theme but I don’t have it unfortunately.
