Jul 3, 2024 · Epson V600 works with Microsoft scan for documents but can't scan slides or negatives. Epson scan or epson scan2 doesn't work, neither does Vuescan. Epson service centre suggested it was an old defective scanner not worth repairing so now I have two V600 which don't work. This seems to be a windows issue. Surely someone can sort this out!

Dec 3, 2021 · Scanner is an old model that was originally for Windows XP. It doesn't have Windows 10 or 11 drivers so it is using Windows 8 drivers. See- System Requirements (epson.com) Try asking Epson what to do. They probably will say to buy a new All in One.
