Jul 23, 2020 · While watching the channel that is in Spanish, press the down arrow on the remote. In the lower left corner there will be a series of symbols, including the SAP symbol. Using your arrow keys, move to highlight this icon and hit select. You will see Spanish and English with a check mark next to Spanish. Simply highlight English and hit select again.

Apr 7, 2020 · The remote works fine to turn on and off the TV power until it's paired with the soundbar. At that point the remote can control the volume, but the power button on the remote then turns the soundbar on/off and not the TV. Everything worked fine on the previous Xfinity box. I did try to do what Rayana indicated and it did not work.

Choose wireless connection for the Xfinity Stream App and Wired connection for the Xfinity TV set top box. Then go to the Xfinity App or Cable TV menu and try to view your programs again.
