Are the Earthway spreaders any good? - Lawn Care Forum
Mar 11, 2005 · But, Earthway is not just cheapo home models. If you got the money they got the model you want. Checkout their site, stainless steel, self powered models, push, pull, mounted, etc... Do not let the name alone kill the choice. I would say Earthway is a good spreader. You just have to purchase the right one for YOUR needs and YOUR budget.
Review of the Earthway 2600A plus - Lawn Care Forum
Apr 6, 2020 · I tested the Earthway spreader today by spreading 10 lbs of Anderson's Humic DG. It spreads okay but as noted by others getting the last 1/2 lb or so is not practical. I think I'll just have to add 1/2 lb of product in the future and just stop when it stops spreading.
New to me Earthway spreader help | Lawn Care Forum
Sep 26, 2022 · I have the earthway 2150 spreader. It is close to 10 years old. My gearbox squeeks a little. Doesn't effect operation. I just clean after every use. I am pretty sure I paid around $250 way back. You made a good investment.

Earthway 2600A-Plus Settings - Lawn Care Forum
Aug 10, 2020 · Hi Everyone, I'm just curious if anyone has seen a list anywhere on here or elsewhere that gives suggested settings for common products with this spreader. I know there is a chart in the manual with generic suggestions and I know the best way is to test and calibrate yourself, but I was...
What setting for spreading 46-0-0 Eurea? - Lawn Care Forum
Nov 7, 2006 · On another note, in my little experience, if you use Lesco's spreadier setting tool you can get the spreader setting for an Earthway. For Urea, the Earthway should be set at 14 to deliver 2.1 lbs/1000 of product which is 1 lb of N/1000.
Looking to buy one of these 3 spreaders | Lawn Care Forum
May 7, 2020 · I am smitten by that Chapin as well, but storage is an issue for me. I favor Chapin's edgeguard over EarthWay's, but most of these spreaders seem to be a direct copy of EarthWay's with slight modifications. And Lesco/Anderson seems to be a copy of the older, discontinued, more expensive Scotts SR2000.
Echo RB60 vs Earthway 2600A - Lawn Care Forum
May 27, 2024 · Alright, I’ve read and read and want some real life users feedback. I’m not going $500 in for a spreader for .28 acres so I “think” I’ve narrowed it down to these 2 unless someone really convinced me of another in their price range. I know earthway has solid linkage but I’ve read about a lot of assembly issues.
Earthway 2600A Problem - Lawn Care Forum
Apr 29, 2021 · Yep, been meaning to shoot a video. I'd planned on using the spreader today for GrubEx, but it's been raining for the past two days in Central Texas. And there's more rain in the forecast. Earthway sent me a new shut-off plate. Based on my description of the issue, they feel it's either the plate or the control assembly. They sent a plate first.
Spreader Recommendation (Lesco vs. Earthway) - Lawn Care Forum
May 20, 2006 · I finally got sick of my Agri-Fab spreader gear jamming, so I gave it to my father-in-law and am now in search of a replacement. I THINK I've narrowed down my choice to either the Earthway C24SS 100# spreader or the 80# Lesco spreader. I read elsewhere on this site that the gear box on the Earthway jams unless you load it regularly with grease.
