Feb 1, 2022 · With you being able to send fine via Earthlink's webmail this sounds like an issue within Outlook itself. At this time I would contact Earthlink to see if they can assist you with verifying the server info as well as troubleshoot this further. In the meantime I can suggest using Earthlink's Webmail page to send/receive your mail.

Oct 24, 2024 · Spectrum support stated that their email/webmail system is working perfectly and claims that the problem is with my computer and devices. So, according to the Spectrum tech, two different Apple systems (iPhone, IOS 17.7 and iPad OS 16.7.10), and an Acer desktop computer (Microsoft Outlook 2016), all failed at exactly the same time.

Feb 1, 2025 · Using's Road Runner (Spectrum) Webmail on a MacBook Pro. When I block unwanted email on Apple's Mail app by clicking on the sender address, then clicking on the check mark next to that address and selecting 'Block Sender' from the drop down menu, the sender isn't really blocked. Only that particular address is blocked.

I have spoken to two online technicians and went to my local Spectrum store, Nice guys at the store, but all they were useless since all they want to do is sell bundles and services. Not interested.
