If the PSU is clicking after pressing the power button and not turning on, then this usually means that the PSU is sensing an issue, and the protections are kicking in.

Jun 20, 2007 · Hi, I just swapped out my EVGA 2080 TI card with a new EVGA 3080 TI card and my PC keeps rebooting after 5 to 10 minutes. My PC is only a few months old. I did a clean install of Nvidia driver, turned off Nvidia’s Precision X1, rest power strip, even tried games using their default video settings and my system still reboots on its own.
