Apr 2, 2020 · I’ve had consistent issues with steel case ammo in Magpul G19 and ETS G19 mags but fewer issues with brass case. I know the question pertained to Glock ETS mags but for whatever it’s worth I had two MP5 ETS mags fall apart (feed lips broke off). In terms of cheap aftermarket alternatives I kinda like the KCI mags.

Jul 9, 2022 · We started using ETS mags in 2018. THERE WERE NO MALFUNCTIONS. EVER. I prefer ETS Glock mags over factory mags. I have alot of ETS 9mm and .40 mags, and I’ve never had a malfunction. I have ETS Scorpion mags, and never a malfunction however, I do have 2 that I had to “tweak” the hold-open tab to have them lock the bolt open when empty.

Jun 15, 2019 · GreenGoose, not doubting you or the others, but this is the first time I've heard of problems with the ETS AR15 magazines. I know from other threads you shoot a lot so you'd know. Guess I've been lucky with the 5 I have and have had no problems. Now I'm not so sure if I should use them for anything serious. Thanks for the information from everyone.

Omega magazines Considering that the price point is at the same or higher than OEM, I’m not really seeing who the market is for. I will pass on these as Glock mags are already cheap and reliable. Am I missing out here?

Feb 22, 2025 · ProMag magazines are generally hated by all. But even a blind squirrel finds a big juicy walnut now and then. The ProMag 18 round Glock G44 mags work well. But the ProMag centerfire magazines are a different story - total junk. My preference in Glock magazines are OEM, KCI, and then MagPul.

Oct 30, 2017 · ETS does have someone who is a rep here. He responded to me with a message concerning the mag, but I decided not send it in or email them further about it as its only a test magazine anyway. I intend to beat it up over time during range trips for 9mm shooting.
