Dustin Snook, of Dover Township, was found dead around 7:20 p.m. off the 4200 block of Conewago Road, just blocks from where Snook lived, according to Coroner Pamela Gay. Gay said the apparent medical event caused Snook to fall into the water and become unresponsive. The coroner’s office did not say what kind of medical event may have occurred.
