Feb 21, 2023 · My experience was very positive. I ordered the tires online, they were delivered to the store two days later. Installation appointment was done online. Tires were installed a couple of days later. I got a nail in the sidewall about two months later. Costco ordered a new tire and replaced it for free a couple of days later. They are extremely busy.

Recently though even with appointments, install or rotation has been 3-4 hours on a weekend ("sorry we're backed up") plus 20-30 minutes in line waiting to be served.
