Aug 9, 2023 · Officejet 9025e doesn't appear to collate copies which is ridiculous since this is advertised for business use. Can anyone advise? Have selected COPY, DOCUMENT, and the wheel icon, but no option to Collate pops up. Didn't think to ask about this feature before purchasing since collating is so basic.

Oct 22, 2020 · When I go into the advanced settings for this printer it shows Copies 1 and the collate box it greyed out but it's checked. I don't want to set the printer to printer 2 copies for everything that prints on that printer so I can't change it to 2 copies in the driver setup but if I do then I can uncheck the collate button.

Oct 18, 2019 · Collate is a function of the number of copies selected in the software used to send the job to the printer (in most cases, at least) - to collate print job output might also assume that more than one copy of the file is to be printed. Some printers do offer "Reverse" pages - this is not at all the same thing, of course.
