Put the clear lotion on the cotton bud them apply it to the sore them throw it away. When you use your finger to put the lotion on it can cause it to spread and become bigger.

However since having Ellie who will be 4 in January, the problem has got so much worse!!!! I get at least 1 cold sore a month and they are huge and spread right acroos the top of my lip nearly to the bottom of my nose. They are disgusting!!!

Breasts becoming tender, like they typically do in the run up to AF 8dpo - cold getting better, sore throat gone, nose still stuffy and got a chesty cough. Breasts and nipples tender, not as bad as normal yet. Suffered bouts of heartburn/indigestion in the evening.
