2013 200 Engine dies/stalls - HELP! | Chrysler 200 Forum
Feb 25, 2022 · 2011 Chrysler 200 touring 2.4L and I believe 6 speed auto trans. Not really any major issues and no lights for checking engine. Just recently got the car and had a shop do a 13 point inspection checking fluids and what not(so they say) everything checked good, they looked at carfax as well, said everything has been well maintenanced.

I believe I might have a bad air pump relay which is causing the code p0491....however I am unsure what is causing the engine to shut off randomly while driving at lower speeds and at idle...it is intermittent...but usually shuts off within 10-20 mins of driving. Cam and crankshaft sensors - Chrysler 200 Forum
Jun 24, 2021 · Always diagnose first. P0315 is a crankshaft position sensor that hasn't been 'learned'. It has to be 'taught' correct crankshaft position before it can accurately tell where the crank is. If the sensor loses sight of where the crank is, the camshaft positions (P0340 and P0365) are invalid. This may be your whole problem.
How-To for Replacing Blend Door Actuator | Chrysler 200 Forum
Aug 13, 2024 · Moved arm to new actuator. Noted the position of the arm attached to the blend door (there is a slide groove in the door arm) and set arm on actuator to approx position (actuator arm not indexed). Gently set the actuator on the hvac pivot point and used mirror to rotate actuator for pin on actuator arm to set into slide grove on blend door arm.

Oct 17, 2023 · With a fully charged battery, check power at the TIPM (underhood fuse/relay box). Fuse #33 (red 10A) powers the tool. C9 (main battery connection) is on the underside of the TIPM.
