Dec 1, 2010 · This is Chimney Rock's best Stags Leap Cabernet since the 2005, and continues a string of successful vintages. Dry and smooth and silky in the mouth, it's pretty tannic, but very rich, offering waves of cherry, blackberry, blueberry, cocoa and sweet cedar flavors.

Heady with aromas of intense dark cherry, violets, espresso, plums, and a hint of dried herbs. Powerful, and voluptuous. This seductive beauty is rich and lush with beautiful layers of fruit and graceful tannins with a long finish. Blend: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
