Kelsey Christine Plum (born August 24, 1994) is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Sparks of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA). She won back-to-back WNBA championships in 2022 and 2023.

In her final season at Washington, Kelsey average 31.7 points per game en route to breaking the NCAA single-season scoring record. She also averaged 5.1 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 1.5 steals while leading Washington to a 29-6 record – the most wins in school history.
