Chara is able to automatically dodge attacks like Undertale Sans. However, she can't dodge anymore when her mana reaches 10% or lower. Once in her Wounded and Dying Determination phases, Chara won't be able to dodge at all. Some moves make her hard dodge which usually is a ULT or very powerful move, and it takes more mana to dodge.
