Aug 29, 2022 · There should be a reset button you can press on back of modem/router. Hold down anywhere from 5 seconds to upwards of a minute. I have had to hold that button down for like 2 min before on some modems. It’s crazy. Front lights should stop blinking and then turn off or “reset” to indicate factory reset has started so you can let go.

Aug 8, 2020 · So we received this modem on8/5 and got it connected that night. Internet works, as good as 3 mbps can 🙄 The next morning the Internet quits working. The WPS light on the front in blinking blue and the DSL light on the back is green. Called support. Guy said it needs reprogramming, give it up to 24 hours.

Jun 21, 2022 · I’ve been fighting with a down fiber internet connection all day. The support rep on the phone thinks that my Zyxel modem, purchased from CenturyLink a few years ago, is the culprit. That unit shows a blinking green/red WAN light, even after factory reset. I’m suspicious of the ONT. The only lights are the power light and the Ethernet 4 light.

Jan 18, 2024 · This morning my internet was out, nothing changed, no power outage. I have reset both modem and router, checked and unplugged/replugged all connections. My devices are the C4000XG and the Casa Systems FTRdp device. On the Casa device, the LAN and DSL lights are off. I do have fiber, so i think the DSL light is always off?
