Sep 6, 2012 · the stock filter are about 8 absolute. CAT filter are 2 absolute. i deleted my stock filter all together so it flow way better and have airdog lift pump modded with CAT filter on it. Works great. trucks runs great and balanced rates are great.

Jan 19, 2017 · Just installed a cat fuel filter conversion and proce ended to prime and bleed the system and after 3-4 pumps the primer got very hard to push but I proceeded and it finally pushed fuel thru the bleeder. The engine started and ran for a bit and died. I repeated the process and keep having the same result!

Nov 22, 2014 · I was thinking of purchasing one of the fuel filter kits (which replaces the stock fuel filter) and uses the CAT 1R-0750 filter. The filter is advertised as catching anything larger than 2 microns. I can't find specs on how large the filter is. I worry the filter will restrict the flow a little bit over the stock filter.
