Calhoun’s On the River is convenient to Neyland Stadium, Thompson-Boling Arena, and several downtown hotels. This location also offers a dock where guests can moor their boats, as well as outdoor and enclosed deck spaces with beautiful views of the river.

In fall of 1983, the original Calhoun’s opened on Kingston Pike. Soon after, we put our smokers and signature sauce to the test and traveled to Ohio to enter The National Rib Cook-Off, which we won, along with the bonafide right to call ours the “Best Ribs in America.”

Our Maryville Calhoun’s location offers indoor and outdoor seating, including a cozy patio ambiance with a fireplace. Inside, guests will find a full-service bar and spacious dining room, where they can enjoy a delicious meal before or after shopping at one of the many nearby stores.

This lakeside Calhoun’s is accessible by boat and offers panoramic views, making it the perfect spot to pull up and enjoy a delicious meal and some fresh air beside the water. - Grab a Table - While reservations are not required they are recommended.
