2. Click the Show Inventory button. The inventory table is displayed by default andincludes vaccines within your organization’s CAIR2 Inventory Module. This list will include non-expired, expired, active, and inactive vaccines.
Edit Immunizations - California
This field allows you to select the dosage from inventory for a particular immunization. This can be particularly helpful when for example you have given two pediatric doses to an adult. The default dosage from inventory is Full, with Half, 2, 3, 4 and 5 as other choices.

The Ad Hoc reports function in CAIR2 allows the user to create one time use customized reports. Filters within the Ad Hoc reporting function help to narrow a search by date, vaccine group, ethnicity, and other factors.

Select Patient to Merge Screen - California
To select patients to merge by their patient ID's, perform the following steps: Identify the two or three patient records you wish to merge and determine their internal patient ID's. Type the internal patient ID's into the Patient Id 1 and Patient Id 2 fields id merging two patient records.
Immunization History Screen - California
The Immunization History screen displays a patient's immunization history and provides immunization recommendations based on the assigned tracking schedule. From this screen, you are also able to edit a patient's immunizations, and/or pre-select immunizations to record for the patient. Information Provided.
