The message, which CSX delivered several times, is that they intend to compete vigorously for intermodal in the I-95 corridor and earn a whole bunch of money doing it. The first step is actually getting the Howard Street tunnel done in 2025. The analysts were a little surprised that CSX hopes to get the work done so quickly.

Took the drone and ground camera out to catch the C&EI unit on the CSX CE&D sub. M503 was the freight the 1877 was leading. These are former C&EI tracks and in the first photo the 1877 is at milepost OZA 239.0 which is 239 miles from Yard Center(Chicago). It was brutal outside but everything seemed to survive.
