Nov 16, 2023 · Recently I finished a new project (MoreSense MS-05) for measuring CO2, temperature and humidity based on an Espressif ESP32 and a Sensirion SCD40. The SCD40 is a relatively cheap and reliable sensor. The sensor has a built-in webserver to show the measurements, to do the setup and firmware upgrades.

Aug 6, 2020 · These day I tested a nice sensor, the SCD30 from Sensirion. https://www.sensirion.com/en/environmental-sensors/carbon-dioxide-sensors/carbon-dioxide-sensors-co2/ It’s a nice small unit capable of sense very well carbon dioxide levels in the air, as well as temperature and humidity.

Jul 20, 2023 · CO2 sensors are sensitive to temperature, therefore the ESP32 is inside the box and the sensor is outside of the box attached via spacers. This is also the reason why the power supply is in another location.

May 2, 2020 · I’m looking for a CO2 sensor: below 100 euro. to be connected via Zwave or Wifi to home assistant; I don’t want the eCO2 (CO2 calculated from other measurement), but real CO2 measurement. Netatmo looks to fulfill this list, but you need to read your own data from their website while the device is in my house.
