CNC ID/OD Grinding services produce precise results with consistency and repeatability. Particularly, combining multiple operations onto one machine makes the process quick and efficient through the expert knowledge of our machinists.

Available with either a straight or angular wheelhead (factory set) the G300 can grind outside diameters, shoulders and faces in a single set-up. The CNC control can address complex form grinding (tapers, radii, etc.) via form dressed wheels or profiling.

JPT’s O.D. grinding may be performed by both straight-approach or angle-approach grinding wheels and can be combined with I.D. grinding in one continuous CNC cycle.
