Cook healthy food where ever possible . I believe that you can live a healthy life at stage 3 , just take care and thought of what you put in your body .

A kidney that is not totally healthy can not clear magnesium properly. It can build of in your system and become toxic. Pepto Bismal is also not advisable. Most laxatives are not recommended.
