I think DBZ Buu arc art style is the absolute best, almost every episode looked amazing. Looking back, Cell caga was the most inconsistent with its artstyle, sometimes you have god tier looking episodes while others looked weird thanks to Studio Last House work.

Vegeta looks pissed off at all times and even buu who is supposed to be rubbery, feels very rigid. Was that a conscious choice to reflect the Manga? If so, it seems weird to go to a more angular style in the BUU arc.

No other arc is able to balance the two sides of DB (dramatic, intesnse action; end of the world scenarios and absurd, slapstick comedy with a whimsical touch to both) as perfectly as the Buu arc while ramping up both elements simultaneously to absurd levels.
