British Airways premium economy service, which the airline calls World Traveller Plus, is available on most long-haul routes. It offers larger seats with a deeper recline than economy, upgraded meals and extra baggage, among other benefits.

Premium economy passengers on British Airways get Group 3 boarding out of nine total groups. Seats typically have around 38 inches of pitch, 18.5 inches of seat width and a solid amount of recline. (Pitch is the distance between rows of seats.) Each seat offers both a legrest and a footrest.

In addition to a substantial recline, British Airways premium economy seats offer a fold-out leg rest and a fold-down footrest. Throughout the cabin, you’ll find a large, fixed armrest between each seat.
