Apr 2, 2022 · Enjoy Stereo on your audio device. Note: After disabling Hands-free Telephony, you can't use the mic on video conferencing calls. To use the mic, enable "Hands-free Telephony". I suggest you pin the Control Panel window on the task manager or create a shortcut to enable and disable it simultaneously. Make sure to turn on & off the Bluetooth.

Sep 9, 2018 · To reset the sound in the Stereo device, I can go into bluetooth settings, disconnect from my headphones, then reconnect. After that there is still no sound, so I have to swap to the Hands-free device and then back to the Stereo device. Now it makes sound properly, of course until I open a video in full screen again. Sep 2, 2019 · Before vacation, in the sound control panel the headset would show up twice, one as stereo, and one as hands-free AG. I would have the Stereo one as my default sound device. In the Bluetooth settings it would show connected as voice and music. Now in the sound control panel, only the hands free AG shows up, and only voice in the Bluetooth settings.

I previously had a pair of Bose QuietComfort 35 headphones which worked in stereo on my PC. When I check it in Bluetooth & Devices, it shows it as 'Connected voice,' I think it should be 'Connected audio' to play in stereo.

When I use Bluetooth on these headphones, it works fine and correctly distinguishes the right and left stereo without combining it. When I go onto my laptop and I use the cable, it does the same thing on my pc, but when I use bluetooth on my laptop it is fine.
