Bing Video no longer works - Microsoft Community
I thought it was just me. In the last 3 or 4 days, I can do Bing searches for Web, Image, Maps, News, & Explore. Videos no longer works. I am re-directed to the default Bing search page with just a pretty picture of flying birds and random unrelated videos at the bottom of the page.

Apr 11, 2022 · The short answer is that there is no direct way to change settings to have the video results take you to YouTube. However, from the Bing video player, there are at least four different ways to go to the actual YouTube video. The easiest is to just click the "View page" globe icon below the video, to the right.

Jul 21, 2019 · Bing solves that. I'm perfectly happy to abandon google search in place of Bing when i'm using edge browser. My peeve is that when you do a video search - the results page (which is good) doesn't send you on to youtube in a clean way if you click on a video. Youtube video playback is far superior to the embedded view you get via bing results.
Videos will not play when found by doing a bing search:
Internet Explorer plays the videos just fine. Is there a bug in the newer Edge or is there a setting that i can set to let it play video that is searched for. It seem that if the video is on a given web site like You Tube it is fine and plays OK.
Bing opens youtube videos in bing.com/videos instead of youtube.
Aug 26, 2023 · Once Bing Videos opens you can select the "visit website" which has a globe icon to redirect you to its website. Unfortunately, there no direct way to change the settings to have the video results take you to the website immediately.

Aug 24, 2023 · Since the latest update on August 21 pretty much any website playing a video will lag like crazy when scrolling or playing the video. The video will also constantly buffer and drop lots of frames. This includes YouTube, Panopto, and even Gamejolt (where scrolling through a list of games with videos for the banner makes the scrolling very stuttery).

Everyone hates Bing, nobody wants this here, but there is no setting in windows options to remove Bing from the start menu (even after disabling Bing from Search toolbar, browser, etc.) the Bing Chat buttons still remain in the start menu's search functionality right at the top.

Aug 17, 2023 · In order to fix this, kindly go to bing.com > click on the 3 bars dropdown menu at the top right corner of the page > click on SafeSearch > Select Off > then don't forget to save the settings below. Close the browser and re-open it then check if you can access any adult content.
