Beretta 92x Full Size vs 92x Centurion - AR15.COM
Dec 19, 2019 · With the new 92X series releases from Beretta, I’ve been trying to choose between these two (until the 92X Performance becomes available that is ) It will primarily be a range/fun gun. No carry duties for this one. The 92X Centurion has a smaller slide with a Vertec frame. Guess the 92X full size has a full size slide.

Dec 7, 2020 · AFAIK, centurion/compact slides are the same width as full size slides....just slightly shorter. Brig slides are clearly thicker, particularly in the locking block area. I believe that the 92x also comes with all steel parts (not the polymer coated steel) including an extended mag release, which (to me) is a big plus.

Sep 16, 2019 · The difference in slide length is only about 1/4”, and with the flush barrel on the centurion it’s about 3/4” shorter overall compared to the full-size with the long extended barrel. It also has the LTT Trigger Jon In A Bag (TJIAB) installed. Recently got the Beretta 92 series bug and this particular model caught my eye.

Mar 3, 2021 · Centurion is a full size gun, only difference from the 92F is .4in and 4oz of weight from the slide, grip is the same. Don't know why they even bothered. I have a full-size Beretta 92 FS, 1989 vintage and a Beretta Centurion 92 FS, 1996 vintage.
