The Dow Bay Area Family YMCA has many great amenities for both members and day pass guests to enjoy! Use this list to best plan your visit as a guest. Guests will not be able to make a reservation in advance.

YMCA Swim Programs have priority, when needed. Lap swim and water exercise have priority over open swimming in Lane 1. Lanes 2, 3, and 4 will continue to use the current reservation system.
