    Why is B&Q customer service so bad?
    Because B&Q are just the reseller, they send you to someone else to deal with these type of issues. Then they asked the manufacturer to send it to me but there is no way of me seeing how long it will take any visibility that the manufaturer is actually aware or working to help me! So the customer service is pretty poor.
