If you're using dual-wield hand crossbows on Astarion with sharpshooter, your sneak attack and 2 bonus actions from Thief can compete.

Aug 21, 2023 · Metamagic quicken and extend duration for invis / enhance leap so he can pretend he's a monk and jump around the battlefield for easier sneak attacks. Hold person + crit + necro damage + oils / poisons hit like a truck with Astarion, and if he gets close he uses Cazadors dagger / bite. Easy escape too for a rogue with mist form.

Sep 12, 2023 · Here's another one: when you meet Timber the squirrel and successfully , if both Astarion and Wyll see it, then Astarion approves and Wyll disapproves. But if Wyll is too far away, Astarion doesn't gain approval even if he's right there. To be clear this is separate from the possible Dark Urge approval; I just got it today on a Gale origin run.
