WEBOct 21, 2022 · I agree with your post, with the exception on the above. The 2017 ATV4K1 came with the A10X, which launched the same year and was the most powerful GPU of any A-chip at the time. In real-world use, the A10X's GPU outperforms the A12 in the 2021 ATV4K2. It looks like Apple might be following a pattern for the ATV HW:

WEBFeb 3, 2023 · You also need to go to System Preferences > Display and make sure that the High Dynamic Range checkbox is checked for your Mac’s display. For the MacBook Pro 14 inch there's no such option. I believe that applies for other built-in displays other than the mini LED on the MacBook Pro 14 and 16 inch.

When I select the next episode from the “Up Next” UI the app directs me to purchase the next episode even though I already own the entire series. I am forced to go into my library, scroll thru tv shows, find the next episode and launch it.

If the extra $20 will hurt, and/or if you plan on buying multiple ATVs, the storage size totally depends on what you do with the ATV. If all you do is stream, the 32GB will be more than adequate. If you stream, and play a few games, the 32GB will probably be fine.
Internet speed on apple TV is extremely slow.
WEB590. 141. Jan 4, 2022. #1. Hi -. Not sure why, but when i do a speed check using speedtest application, the internet speed on apple tv is extremely slow (30/40 Mbps). Standing right next to apple tv, when i run the speedtest app using my iphone or ipad or macbook, its always close to 300 Mbps .. to my expectations.
