In this week's episode our guest is Andri Gudmundsson. He is an Ultra Runner based in Reykjavík, Iceland. He is a big believer in not only training the physical side but also the mental element of running long distances. He recently ran the Iceland BackYard Ultra 101 and set a new Icelandic record! Andri leads the Fossar Markets sustainable finance team which has been instrumental in establishing and growing the local green bond market in Iceland. Andri holds a B.Sc. degree in Physics from the University of Iceland and is a certified securities broker in Iceland.
