Mobile Ticket or "mTicket" refers to a type of ticket or pass purchased through the AMTRAN Mobile Tickets App or Third-party Application. All Day Passes and Monthly Passes are valid for use on AMTRAN bus service. "Stored Value" refers to funds loaded onto the AMTRAN Mobile Tickets application.

These stops are the bus platforms at the Transit Center in Downtown Altoona and the Logan Valley Mall, Walmart, Amtran office, and Bellmeade Martin's. Additionally, transfers are permitted at stops #105 (7th Ave & 18th St) and #469 (Logan Blvd & Sprankle Ave).

All Amtran routes are deviated fixed route before 7:00 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m. Before 7:00 a.m. and after 6:00 pustomers can ask the driver to deviate the bus from its regular route to get them closer to their destination.

AMTRAN will transport all wheelchairs regardless of size or weight as long as the lift and the vehicle can physically accommodate them. AMTRAN will transport customers who use respirators, concentrators, or portable oxygen.
