You have that, and lots of other customer images that were used like mini-advertisements, that caused Amazon to stop the capability, at least, separated from a review. Using AI Generated Images - Community
Take for example images from Pixabay. Technically those images are allowed, but as we’ve seen with threads about blocked books, it depends on what the publisher does with those images. KDP doesn’t want books filled with images that all resemble each other. So without seeing your images, KDP almost certainly can’t give an answer.

Based on the Amazon KDP rules you provided, your work would likely fall into the category of "AI-assisted" rather than "AI-generated." Here's why: You generated images from Midjourney (an AI tool), but then manually traced them in a vector editor software. You added original elements to the images and removed garbage.

The art itself is in public domain, but the book is copyrightable: the text, the selection and order of images, the cover, just not the actual images themselves. However, if there is significant human transformative work done on the AI generated art, it may be copyrightable.

Can you use Canva, Creative Fabrica, Midjounrey art in KDP …
Regarding c) my buyers that use Creative Fabrica are warned that they must create unique designs for Amazon KDP using my clipart, so use my images, but arrange them uniquely. In case they purchase from CF they will have CF licence.
