The 33% (Former 50%) berries that confuse if - (stat) nature actually don’t change either, so if you had like a Timid iron hands, and used an adamant mint, and had it hold a Figy berry, it would become confused when the berry procs.

WEBJan 22, 2014 — It's 1/25 (or 26, I'm not sure right now). Try to get an Adamant Ditto (for other breeds where you need an Adamant Pokemon) and give it an Everstone. This will let 50% of the eggs have an adamant nature. Here's a guide to breeding that explains nature breeding too. It passes down the nature of the one holding the everstone 100% of the time.

Calm or Bold is ideal since it's a defensive pokemon who relies on those stats more than special attack. Patrouski make a video on this and served proof on this.
