Feb 17, 2023 · Acme Aero Black Ops shocks are coil spring with oil damping. The gas only controls the damping oil. (open to correction if someone knows better) Acme now provides a specific Black Ops set-up for the FX-3 as it is now a CubCrafters factory option. Beringer gear vs Acme gear - SuperCub.Org
Oct 19, 2021 · What I like about the Acme's is that they will fit the stock gear, no modification necessary. Also, I watch the weight of modifications and the Acme's were not much heavier than the standard bungees/hydro setup. From what I have read about the Berringer, it's a …

Apr 6, 2020 · Acme shocks are awesome! I've tried early TK1s and now 2019 model Acmes on the Cub I fly. I had Bungees on for a few hours between the switch and had to learn how to land all over again [emoji6] seriously. Beringer ALG vs. Acme Aero for FX3 - SuperCub.Org
Sep 30, 2020 · Quite a few ground loops with FX3's and have also seen some with broken Acme shocks. I'm being told Beringer is the best, it is pricey, but so is the cost of repair. I'm told the 3X3 design is from the 1940's and that FX3's are heavier and newer with the design essentially outdated and a better gear design is needed.

Oct 19, 2024 · Recently, there was a thread about tractors overheating and one reply was from Sulleybear about a couple of tools to aid in cleaning them off. He included a link and I went ahead and ordered a set. In the picture below, you'll see what you get. 2 long (I didn't measure them) wands, 1 is air and the other is water. Both tips are the same.
