I am the same build, started 2 years ago at 199 lb and am now 169 lb. My experience is that a lot of this is in your head.

AX-1 has a different focus. Well, my selfies still won't make it into the gallery of fat-melters within 90 days or less, but be it so.

Jul 15, 2021 · Yeah ax-1 seems like it could be pretty good for you - it’s really good for weight loss and with the whole gym and your on off gym situation it could suit you. That being said you mentioned tht you wanted more of a challenge. If you mean in terms of lifting and not just an overall (including cardio/conditooning) you may want to consider beaxst.

Jan 28, 2017 · I'm going through AX-1 again with a much bigger focus on nutrition and proper form/cadence on each repetition. It has helped tremendously. I started the 2nd round at 16.5% BF and just finished week 11 last Friday. I was at 12.1% BF Friday. His fitness plan is good to use as a basis but I still recommend using MyFitnessPal to track Macros/Cals.

Mar 31, 2020 · if you dont plan on redoing AX-1 again i would not take TNT ( i did do it again with TNTs). just add a couple of pullups sets during the week. also, u can consider instead of doing the assisted pullups- do negative pullups. meaning u take your pullups to fail---> then continue to rep by climbing with a chair/jumping up and controlling the negative.

Dec 12, 2023 · Zero issues with Rev1.2. Highly recommend. Very stable cl30 6000 trident, 7800x3d -20 on curve optimizer, temps are cool. Cinebench r24 100% usage temps maxed at 77c with a score above 1100 mc. 4080 super undervolted and then overclocked is stable and temps are under 65c most of the time under full load.
