Sep 7, 2013 · Pop, I assume you mean the AGM-84H? Because there is no elevation entry on the HARM in TOO mode. As for ensuring the elevation is passed off, you could just try use a PP MSN, which would ensure that the elevation is set. I don't know why TOO isn't passing off the elevation from the WPT. The TOO target should inherit the elevation from the waypoint.
