    Warnings

    • For drops products : Take this medication at least 1 hour before or 1 hour after magnesium or aluminum containing antacids, iron, or vitamins/minerals.
    • For lozenge products : Allow medication to dissolve slowly in the mouth. Do not chew or swallow whole.
    • For tablet, chewable products : Chew this medication before swallowing.

    This medication is used to treat a certain type of seizure in children (infantile spasms). This medication is also used to treat conditions such as multiple sclerosis, arthritis, lupus, eye conditions, skin/kidney/lung diseases, and immune system disorders.
