Mar 20, 2014 · BXT-96R-590. Worth the extra $20 to get a longer warranty and larger size of the Motorcraft Max Tough series. For what it's worth, there is also a Max Tough for the same price with only 500cc as well so it's a no brainer. Motorcraft batteries are just johnson controls batteries. No different from interstate, advance, autozone, etc.

Oct 12, 2013 · It's time to replace the original battery on my '09 SEL V6. I called a local dealer to see if they had it in stock, and after giving the p/n off the battery label (YN BXT-96R), I was told that that p/n is replaced by YN BXT-96R-500. The 500 I'm guessing refers to the CCA, but on my original battery the CCA is 590. Does this make sense? :huh:

Jul 7, 2022 · I have a 2019 fusion sel and the battery keeps draining after about 2 to 3 days. I put a brand new battery in a week ago and it sat for 4 days, went completely dead. Alternator is charging at 14.2V and after driving for 45 minutes, the battery voltage is 12.8. I pulled fuses and tested draw with voltmeter with no findings.
