Seeking an Isuzu diesel specialist for this issue: there's a 2019 Chevy 5500 XD in the workshop that isn't consuming any DEF. Despite several out-of-town trips, the DEF level remains unchanged. Multiple forced regenerations have been attempted without any DEF usage.
