Sep 13, 2011 · In the 3d mouse properties it shows the tick box named 'zoom to cursor' being ticked but still without doing all of the things mentioned above, it does not do so. Does anyone know how to customise the setting to do what we want it to?
Filter Icon on Mouse Cursor - SOLIDWORKS Forums
I just did a hard reboot of my computer trying to get SolidWorks to make some sense, but no. I have an assembly open that I just added a part to. Now the mouse cursor has a "filter" icon attached to it, and I can't do anything. I've added parts 100s of times before and never saw this before? What's up with the filter icon on the mouse cursor?

1) Is there a way to scroll through the feature tree without having my mouse cursor over it? I know there is arrow key navigation, but I still have to pick the roll back bar first, often I roll a little zoom/pan/rotate the display and then want to roll the tree some more. 2) I have a logitech keyboard with a scroll wheel on the left end of it.

3D Connection Mouse. MD By Michael Dirisio 10/24/16. 2017 has added the option to use a 3D Connection Spacemouse. Under user Interface there is the option for Camera or World Navigation mode. I updated the latest drivers and still can't seem to get my 3D mouse to work in Visualize. Any suggestions?

Jun 22, 2011 · Currently in SolidWorks, if you select points or vertices in a model, the X, Y, Z, coordinates of that location are displayed in the status bar. Tools/Measure will also return the location of a selected point or vertex. Also, in a 3D sketch, the X, Y, Z coordinates of your cursor are dynamically returned in the status bar.

I have a question regarding why my mouse cursor changes to a dimension icon in an assembly when hovering over different parts? For example, see picture below. I may be trying to select a face or something to drag it, but the pointer has changed to a dimension icon, so when I click, it drags out a dimension instead of moving the part.
