After years of problems with this the audiologist explained it only serves to irritate the psoriasis and you can end up with pools of water in the ear which can increase the risk of infection.

Dec 9, 2024 · The olive oil helps the scale come off easily and keep your skin moist. I have psoriasis in my ears too so I put lotion/cream and then warm olive oil. You can take lukewarm Epsom Salt bath / Oatmeal bath + essential oil / essential bath and then gently wash off the scale, apply lotion/cream and warm olive oil.

Oct 15, 2012 · Part 2 of my reply. A wise friend who is a Naturopath told me to use the Aubrey shampoo and Dr. Bronner soap. Traditional bath products contain acids, ammonia and alcohols which irritate psoriasis. Even perscriptions. Since I started using these products, over 4 years ago, my psoriasis is under control. Dec 27, 2018 · Ive seen numberous specialists about my psoriasis in ear nose and throat nhs, had tinnitus since i got psoriasis and have ps in my inner ears weaking the inner walls,im seeing again another specialist e.n.t. about tinnitus and ear problems"who now say finaly there is a link between ps and ear problems but i have no faith in the nhs in solving ...

Jun 15, 2021 · Hi Linda, I developed ear psoriasis about a year ago and it's been driving me nuts. The itch is unbearable. I went to the doctor and was told to get ears microsuctioned as a starting point. It did help but the skin flakes were back within days. It's not a real solution, it clears out your ears but not sustainable as a treatment I don't believe.
