Oct 3, 2023 · Anything involving the airport with Uber/Lyft is just dogshit (either direction) yet over $230/418 I booked today in a taxi was from going to the airport. I booked $418 driving an Xl taxi here in 12 hours today (20:30 pm to 8:30 am), about double what an uber driver can book.

Nov 26, 2021 · Uber doesn't have uber black first off. Lyft has lyft lux black and black xl. It is uber premier not primer and premier xl. Premier pays less than xl at 1.16 I believe a mile vs 1.66. Premier doesn't surge neither does any version of lux. So for base rides no surge no bonus then yes you make more. With surge you make considerably less per ride.

Feb 11, 2024 · Due to slow Black requests, I turned on XL and Comfort to get more activity. I was shocked at how low these fares are, not much better than UberX and Lyft, especially when you consider each XL ride may require extra minutes to load/unload passengers into the third row. I eventually just turned XL and Comfort off.

'Cuz nothing says classy like two cheap-ass air fresheners dangling from your mirror in your upper tier ride. (Or using your Rolls Royce Ghost or Phantom to do Lyft/Uber.)
