The Windows 10 Mail app is the default email application, however, in this case, it might not be recognized by WordPad if it's not set as the default program in Control Panel. In addition, make sure that an email account is already set up.

When I enter all of the IMAP settings manually (auto does not work), I cannot proceed to next step and complete the set up. I also need to check the "requires secure connection box" which is not present.
