Dec 28, 2013 · If all else fails turn it upside down and whack it with a hammer. Seriously cannot believe that is a solution listed on graco's website, lol. Be careful, if you spank the sprayer it's gonna have firehose style pressure and will kick like a mule. It gets pissed when you spank it like the bad boy it is.

Feb 28, 2018 · One of the first sprayers I bought was a 390, I believe it was in 1988. I've bought about 20 sprayers over the years, with one exception they were all Graco. One was a Titan, enough said about that ! Still have the 390 and it runs like a champ. Only repairs I have done over the years is packings, which is just maintenance.

Does the 390's lack of electronic control mean that the pump and motor run constantly ? All three have a 7/8 hp motor. Yet the 395 pumps .54 gpm, the 390 pumps .47 gpm, and the 190 pumps ...

Aug 4, 2011 · The rig is great I've had mine for 4 years been my backup for 2 of those, 1 repack and it runs like a champ. That being said there isn't enough savings to make me want a new 390 over at least a 395. And if you'll be working it a lot you'll save wear and tear with a larger pump.

Aug 1, 2018 · As for what features it has over a 210ES. As mentioned 210es is hardware store version of the 390. Cheaply made all around. The 490 has a bigger and brushless motor larger pump = more GPM, comes with a better gun, better pressure regulation, digital read out etc etc...

Sep 19, 2008 · I would stay away from that model. For about the same amount of money, you can purchase a Graco 390 PC. The ProX 7 puts out a maximum of .34GPM, while the 390 does .47 GPM. The Prox7 can accommodate a spray tip of up to .017, while the 390 can accommodate a spray tip up to .021.
