Jan 9, 2017 · When I contacted the Befrugal CS they said, "purchase is still under investigation". I waited a little while and contacted again, they then asked me to submit proof of purchase. I told them WTF my befrugal account shows the purchase. After a period of time they then said I never used the link to DJI via the befrugal website.
