Nov 4, 2008 · RNY on 07/08/13 I bought pre-mixed premier protein shakes, as well as a bag of protein powder ( sorry,don't recall the brand) at Sam's club. The powder is definitely more cost effective, but I like the convenience of putting a ready to drink shake in a cooler bag and head out.
