The second sentences tells me that this person plans to go to bed in the future. I am not sure how long it will be before he or she goes to bed. People sometimes go to bed for reasons other than sleep.

I use Go To Bed as well and only have issues when I have a mod that messes with the interior of inns. I was having issues in the same place, but disabled the mod I was using for Inns and had no issues after it. The only Inn modified is The Sleeping Giant. The rest just have alchemy tables in corners and a bedroll somewhere in the main area.
